CTS-HEAC test technology solution is applicable for testing and evaluating the transmission performance of the high-frequency high-speed cable and assembly test up to 20 (40) GHz. Quick test in frequency domain (NA) parameters and time domain (TDR) parameters can be completed on the same test fixtures, it applies different test specifications, provides detailed test guides in the test, be compatible with multiple NA and TDR, and provides customized service. The OFRG Optical Fiber Ribbon Geometry Measurement System is a high-precision instrument developed for the research, development, and production of optical fiber ribbons. It is designed to accurately measure the geometric characteristics of fiber ribbons, including ribbon width, ribbon height, planarity, adjacent fiber spacing, and extreme fiber spacing. The system also determines the minimum and maximum adjacent fiber spacing and the vertical position of each fiber, providing a complete set of ribbon geometry parameters.

The system is based on IEC 60794-1-2 and TIA FOTP 123 grayscale calibration technology and integrates an advanced optical system, a high-resolution CCD camera, and computer-based image processing. It features one-touch operation, allowing the complete measurement of an optical fiber ribbon with a single button press. The included end-face preparation tool enables quick and easy sample preparation, eliminating the need for conventional grinding methods. The system offers excellent repeatability, reliable performance, and simple operation.

The OFRG system supports the measurement of 2 to 12 fiber ribbons and completes a full test in approximately 20 seconds. It provides measurement repeatability of 0.5 μm for ribbon width and 2 μm for ribbon height, planarity, adjacent fiber spacing, and extreme fiber spacing, making it suitable for precision quality control and manufacturing of optical fiber ribbons.
